The story kicks off with Harley in a funk—she missed Halloween last year due to the flu and is determined to throw the wildest street party Brooklyn has ever seen. Spotting a billboard for Elvira, Harley decides she’s the perfect host.
Elvira, meanwhile, is reeling from her show’s cancellation and eviction from her penthouse. When Harley finds her confronting the executive responsible—with a nail-studded club in hand—the two bond over revenge, pie, and party planning. What follows is a chaotic, fourth-wall-breaking romp filled with sight gags, suggestive humor, and surreal dream sequences.
