Action Comics #1 is the legendary debut of Superman, created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, and widely regarded as the birth of the superhero genre. With a print run of 200,000 copies that quickly sold out, Action Comics #1 became the most valuable comic book in history, with pristine copies selling for millions.
